Seasonally rotated draft!

Dark and delicious! This stout is brewed with an infusion of fresh, locally roasted Guatemalan coffee beans from our friends at Bean Juice coffee roasters. The dark beans are steeped in our stout until optimum flavor has been reached. You’ll find fresh coffee aroma with roasty, toasty undertones.
Linalool is one of the prized aromatic compounds that give hops their gorgeous essence. We discovered a wild, Wisconsin hop that contains about two and a half times more linalool than any commercial variety - and brewed a beer with them. Enjoy a unique aroma with notes of lilac, pear, and bruised apple, along with a pleasant bitterness
Bold and hoppy, Omission Pale Ale is a hop-forward American Pale Ale, brewed to showcases the Cascade hop profile. Amber in color, Omission Pale Ale’s floral aroma is complemented by caramel malt body, making for a delicious gluten-free craft beer.
Euro Pale Lager - Similar to the Munich Helles story, many European countries reacted to the popularity of early pale lagers by brewing their own. Hop flavor is significant and of noble varieties, bitterness is moderate, and both are backed by a solid malt body and sweetish notes from an all-malt base.
Hard Cider - Made from fermented apples this is a smooth, crisp and clean cider. Low alcohol contents allows this cider to be drank casually without the pressure.
Deep amber in color, and slightly cloudy, this beer is remarkably smooth. We "dry-hop" this ale in the conditioning tank meaning fresh hops are added after fermentation to steep and add a subtle fruity nose. The yeast for this beer was custom created and cultured for us by a lab in Oregon, insuring a one-of-a-kind experience found in no other micro.
We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!
Crisp, bright flavor shines like city lights on Lake Michigan. Hazy and unfiltered, our award-winning Urban Wheat Ale's flavor flows from start to finish.
Our take on the White IPA is a hoppy Belgian Wit beer with Orange Zest and Coriander. Unfiltered, this beer pours pale white, with a solid head. Citrus notes abound with a clean bitterness and a citrus, slightly tart finish.
First introduced in the summer of 2013 as the inaugural beer in our limited release Wanderlust series, we liked it so much we decided to bring it back as a summer seasonal!
They said that the Honeycrisp apple is unfit for hard cider. They said it wouldn’t unless you added buckets of sweeteners. They said lots of stuff. We harnessed the power of this most coveted apple an concocted this bubbly beverage that finishes dry like nice champagne. All hail the Honeycrisp.
India Pale Ale - Pours a slightly hazy deep golden color with white head. Citrus, light fruits, grass, and some pine on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with citrus and pine.
Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well... hell (Deutsch for light). It's fiendishly drinkable, and you don't have to sell your soul to get another.
Dearly beloved, an old Minneapolis bus station. An abrasives factory in the 'burbs. From these humble beginnings sprang the last great rock club in the country and one of America's leading craft breweries. A collaboration just makes sense. First Avenue and Surly Brewing Co. are proud to present +1, an easy-drinking, classic-style golden ale that's perfect for the entry, the mainroom, or anywhere the music hits you. +1. You're on the list.
Here's what happens when substance meets smooth. This oatmeal brown ale defies traditional categories. Bender begins crisp and lightly hoppy, complemented by the velvety sleekness oats deliver. Belgian and British malts usher in cascades of cocoa, coffee, carmel and hints of vanilla and cream. An easy-drinking ale with many layers of satisfaction.
Bender steeped cold for 24 hours in coarsely ground coffee beans from the Vinca Vista Hermosa plantation in Guatemala.
