Blooming Grounds Downtown is looking for a full time assistant manger who can help the manager & ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Common responsibilities for this role include:
Operational Responsibilities
•    Open and/or close the store as scheduled
•    Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
•    Ensure proper functioning of equipment and cleanliness of the shop
•    Maintain stock levels and place supply orders when needed
•    Prepare and serve beverages/food when needed during busy periods for this role include:Team Management
•    Supervise baristas and shift leaders during shifts
•    Assist with staff training and onboarding of new hires
•    Create and adjust staff schedules
•    Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
•    Promote a positive and productive work environment
Customer Service
•    Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
•    Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
•    Resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
Cash Handling & Sales
•    Supervise cash handling and register procedures
•    Conduct daily cash counts and bank deposits if required
•    Monitor sales and suggest strategies to improve revenue
•    Assist with inventory tracking and cost controlCompliance & Safety
•    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization of front and back-of-house areas
•    Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures
Support Management
•    Report directly to the Store Manager or Owner
•    Assist with special promotions, events, or seasonal campaigns
•    Fill in for the manager during absences
